What makes you different from your competitors?
Unfortunately, ever since a recent law change went into effect, some other debt settlement companies are more focused in using loopholes to the law rather than focusing on what’s best for their clients. ClearOne Advantage, on the other hand, is a results driven, results oriented company that does not charge up-front fees to its clients. We only collect a fee after arranging a settlement for our clients.
The 4 main things that set us apart from our competitors are:
- Our executives have a lengthy history both in financial services and in entrepreneurialism and are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service with excellent results.
- We will provide you with an honest assessment of your situation. If we really don't think our program is right for you, we will let you know. After all, our success is directly tied to the success our clients experience on the program.
- Next, we value hard work, ethics and integrity and believe we are one of the most customer service oriented companies in the industry. We have an A- from the BBB and are proud members of the American Fair Credit Council, of AFCC, (formerly The Association of Settlement Companies or TASC). We are also members of USOBA- the United States Organizations for Bankruptcy Alternatives. Membership in the AFCC and USOBA both require us to abide by the organizations’ strict bylaws and policies aimed at protecting consumers.
- Finally, we strive to ensure all our clients are fully informed with reasonable expectations before enrolling and while in our debt resolution program. For example, you cannot enroll in our program until you have read and understand everything about our program. We require you read and sign a written contract spelling out our responsibilities and providing you with a good faith estimate of what to expect while enrolled in our program. This is done prior to becoming fully enrolled and before you begin setting aside money in your settlement account. We also call to make sure you understand everything again before officially starting. We feel that understanding this program is very important to your program’s success and strive to help you do just that!
