How are the payments made to the creditors?
Once an acceptable settlement has been reached with a creditor, you will authorize payment from your Special Purpose Account for the settlement of that account. We execute a check-by-phone, receive a confirmation letter that the account is settled in full (or paid in full and closed), and your account will now be considered settled in full.
